Get to know me a little better
I’m fortunate enough to have settled back into adult life on the Gold Coast after having lived (partied) overseas for 4 years. I didn’t make it back unscathed though, returning with full-on adrenal exhaustion (and a husband) which is what lead me to become a Naturopath to heal myself
I am 100% an introvert but could talk for hours about business which is why working for myself at home is totally in alignment with my energy needs. This is also probably why I got adrenal exhaustion after travelling!
I love everything to do with Manifestation and being in alignment with who you want to be rather than taking a back seat to what happens in life.
I am an infertility warrior and made it through the other side and now have two babies earthside.
I am a massive coffee lover, it’s like a big warm hug and really have to restrict myself to two a day
